VeeamOn – London 2017 , October 12th Park Plaza Riverbank, London
October 12th 2017 sees the VeeamOn forum return to London (http://vee.am/nLyvZw) This is a one day, free to attend event where “IT experts and visionaries” can meet to share/learn about Veeam’s existing and upcoming products.
The agenda is split into 2 tracks :- Technical Deep Dive Break Out sessions and Industry Trends Break Out Sessions.
There are a number of interesting Technical talks from the UK SE/SA teams and the Technical Product Marketing team with presentations from Rick Vanover and Michael Cade.
The Industry Trend talks sees select Veeam partners talk about their intergration with Veeam Prodcuts. There is even a talk about the hot topic of GDPR.
It’s good to see CO-CEO Peter McKay making the trip over the Atlantic with Rick Vanover, to lay out Veeam’s Digital future.
LabWarZ
As well as talks and presentations, the infamous ‘LabWarz’ is back for another year. This is a chance for attendees to test their skill and knowledge of Veeam products, with some cool prizes up for grabs for the quickest completion time. (https://go.veeam.com/veeamon-forum-uk-lab-warz)
Conclusion
Overall it looks like it will be a great day with plenty of opportunities to learn and share Veeam stories.
Having attended this event in the past, I can safely say you will walk away either learning something new about Veeam and/or meeting a contact who can help further your Veeam experience or knowledge.
